How much will it cost to have my windows cleaned?
Answer: It depends upon the number, size, and whether they must be cleaned using a ladder. Also, the amount of accumulated dirt, the obstacles that will have to dealt with, and number of screens that are included. I can do a rough estimate over the phone and then provide a fixed quote and do the work, if the price is acceptable, “on the spot.” Estimates are free.

How often should I have my windows cleaned?
Answer: It is recommended that most windows be done on the outside every 6 months, minimum one time each year, along with the inside.

Why should I concern myself with the bit of dirt on my windows?
Answer: Dirt and other particulate on windows and screens is corrosive and over time will destroy both along with the metal or vinyl frames. Aesthetically, there’s little that freshens and brightens a room like pure sunlight coming through unfiltered. Spiders and other insects accumulate in the window areas and then invade the home and window cleaning will eliminate that concern for a season.

Will you be doing the work yourself or “subbing” the job to another?
Answer: I will be there, possible with an assistant, most of the time. If I’m not there I will be responsible for the work done by an assistant.

What if it rains after I have my windows cleaned?
Answer: We have a “guarantee” that we will return to reclean any windows that get adversely affected by rainfall that occurs within 5 days of the original cleaning.

Do you have insurance if something were to happen?
Answer: Yes, we have liability insurance, workmen’s compensation coverage, and do all that is necessary to protect floors and furniture, all surfaces, when cleaning your windows.

Is the “15% Discount” for real for first time customers?
Answer: Yes, and to insure you see the 15% savings simply mention the discount AFTER the quotation is written up.
